Message from Mal McCafferty "Hello friends, fellow Musicians, sound engineers, production artists, actors,
Old and new, it’s that time of year again,
My birthday is fast approaching, only this one’s a bit special for me, it’s also my retirement,
And I’m so looking forward to Not retiring 😬 not fully anyway,
As most know I no longer hire out systems or engineer festivals, bands etc, I play in two bands that I love and tinker with classic/vintage cars, that’ll do for me 😬
I’ve done so much in my 50 years of work, I’ve lived a vast and fun life, travelled a lot of the world, met and worked with some fantastic people. Without doubt some of the worlds greatest talent, and hopefully it’s not over yet 😬
So without further ado, on Sunday March 2nd I will be having another Mals bday Jamboree it will start at 2pm until Dave & Lorraine kick us out.
It will be in aid of something so very close to my heart, it will be for the paralimni dog pound, I don’t really do big charities, most of the money given is swallowed up in huge salaries and investments rather than the cause, but this is direct, and is needed, imagine being brought up by the people you’ve grown to love and trust, to be dumped, left to starve, animals face this every day, it breaks my heart, so friends, musicians etc come and join us for an afternoon of bands music mates beer bingo raffles and more beer,
