Olika lunchföreställningar presenteras under Malmö Dance Week tisdag - torsdag på mysiga Bastionen. Efter föreställningen serveras en god vegan lunch och då finns chansen att sätta sig med artisten för att prata om upplevelsen.

Det här stycket tar en närmare titt på kärlekens gester genom linsen av berättelsen om tre barndomsvänner och deras anknytning. Berättelsen utforskar hur separation påverkar relationer och hur dessa små gester djupt påverkar våra liv och bygger unika minnen under våra resor.

Utforskningen av (bristen på) saker som vi har lärt oss av våra fäder. När vi växer och blir män påverkar frånvaron av våra fäder oss mer än någonsin. Vi bär på minnen för vägledning och hoppas att våra skuggor är dem och kommer att skydda oss. Två unga svarta män från olika sidor av världen utforskar den sedan länge invanda, giftiga maskuliniteten som förs vidare generation till generation, ibland aktivt av en pappa som är närvarande, och andra gånger genom frånvaron av en fadersfigur. I ett fysiskt samtal blandat med hiphopdans delar de och lär sig av sina olikheter och likheter.
Dessa föreställningar är samproducerade inom Attitudes-projektet inklusive Norrlandsoperan (SE), Dansekapellet (DK), Hip hop dance festivals HOP (ES) och Summer Dance Forever (NL), Kampnagel (DE) och CCNRB (FR). Attitudes samfinansieras av Europeiska unionen

This piece takes a closer look at love's gestures through the lens of the story of threechildhood friends and their connection. The narrative explores how separation impacts relationships and how these small gestures profoundly influence our lives, building unique memories in our journeys.

The exploration of the (lack of) things that we have learned from our fathers. As we grow and become men, the absence of our fathers affects us more than ever. We carry memories for guidance and hope that our shadows are them and will protect us.
Two young black men from different sides of the world explore the long- ingrained, toxic masculinity that is passed on generation to generation, sometimes actively by a father who is present, and the other times through the absence of a father figure. In a physical conversation blended with hip hop dance, they share and learn from their differences and similarities.
