I am very happy to announce a beautiful Autumn Equinox Retreat for 4 people for 4 nights in Mallorca 20-24th of September 🌞This will be a delicious, sealing in the summer long weekend staying at my friends Finca “10 Grados Mas”, with a pool, palm trees and a sweet dog called Pepi in the countryside of Campos (a lovely local Soanish town), a 15 min drive to the coast and artistic market village of Santanyi (which we will visit on Saturday).
There are 3 bedrooms ~ 1 twin and 2 doubles all sharing one bathroom with shower ~ price for accommodation, yoga programme & vegetarian meals ~
Twin room £580 pp
Double bed as single room £640 pp
(Not included taxi return to airport 50€, taxi to Santanyi market & beach day return 20€)
Friday
Fly from Leeds Bradford 8.30am arrives 12.10pm
Taxi pick up 12.45pm
Arrive at Finca 1.15pm
Welcome lunch, unpack & sunbathe by the pool.
3.30-5:30pm Radiant Flow to Yin Yoga, Breathwork & meditation by the pool
6.30pm Dinner on the terrace
8-9pm Gratitude Jornal & Star Light Yoga Nidra
Saturday
8-9.30am Exoanding Horizons Yoga, Breathwork & meditation by the pool
10am Super smoothie & Brunch
Taxi to picturesque Santanyi Market, open until 2pm
From here we can easily get a bus to the beach for the rest of the day until 4pm then taxi back
5-6pm Sat Nam delicious Yin stretch by the pool
7pm Dinner on the terrace
8-9pm Gratitude Jornal & Wild Shakti Yoga Nidra by the pool
Sunday
8-9.30am Autumn Equinox Yoga, Breathwork & meditation around the pool
10am Super smoothie & Brunch
Pool & nature day relax & explore the finca & surrounding countryside.
Draw, write a poem & journal with art supplies provided
4-6pm Dance of life nature mandala, Cooling Yin by the pool & Kriya.
6.30pm Dinner on the terrace
8-9pm Gratitude Jornal & Cycles Seasons Yoga Nidra
Monday
8-9.30am Sealing in the Sun Yoga, Breathwork & meditation around the pool
10am Super smoothie & Brunch
Pool & nature day relax & explore the finca & surrounding countryside.
Draw, write a poem & journal with art supplies provided.
Or any of the group can go to the beach / sightseeing via taxi / bus.
4-6pm Chakra Yin & Kriya breathwork meditations by the pool.
6.30pm Dinner on the terrace
8-9pm Live in Love Yoga Nidra with closing circle by the pool
Tuesday
3.45am leave Finca by taxi to airport to arrive for 4.15am and flight 5.45am (1 hr is a good amount of time early in the morning to get through security and get to the gate for boarding.)
7.30am land Leeds Bradford
If you prefer to travel onto Palma or another area of Mallorca at your own departure time you are welcome to stay at the Finca until 1pm and make your own travel arrangements onwards.
