About this Event
Join Natalia and Lynnea for an afternoon of creation, intention-setting, and movement at Carboy Winery. In these specially curated workshops, you will embark on a journey to craft your very own mala bracelet, discovering the profound significance of malas and how to weave them into your life with purpose.
Following this creation, you will be led through gentle movement to awaken the body and mindful meditation to imbue your bracelet with the intentions you set during its creation.
We will then gather in the Carboy tasting room, where you can indulge in a variety of local Colorado wines with a discount on tap and sparkling wines.
Things to know:
Please bring your own yoga mat & props. The yoga flow will be all-levels friendly.
All mala bracelet materials will be provided (if you wear glasses/readers, bring those with you, as the holes in the mala beads are small and can be difficult to see).
These events will be held inside Carboy's private event space.
