Each person will individually make a Mala Necklace using wood beads & semi precious stones, talk about the meaning of a Mala Necklace, the spiritual qualities of gemstones & will learn the significance & healing power of the beads you choose for your Mala.Beautiful beads of spiritual quality will be provided to create your personal Mala necklace. Please bring a journal & pen if you wish to take notes.
It will be a perfect pre holiday workshop if you need a special gift to give to your favorite yogi!
