Week 1: In-Person Mala Making Ceremony
We’ll gather to craft your own mala with intention and care. You’ll choose your beads, thread your mala with presence, and infuse it with your Sankalpa. No experience needed — this is a gentle, creative, meditative evening of connection.
Weeks 2–4: Online Sunday Morning Mantra Practice
Each Sunday, we come together online to practice mantra with your newly created mala. You’ll learn the meaning and energy of each mantra, how to use your mala in practice, and how mantra can shift your inner state, soothe the nervous system, and strengthen intuition and devotion.
