Our final Mala workshop of the year. You asked to go deeper into the spiritual practice of creating a Mala and chanting sacred mantra, so here it is… we've created not just a workshop where you craft your own unique crystal gemstone mala, but an immersive day of sound healing, prayer, mantra and wisdom. ✨️ Design and construct a personal crystal gemstone Mala - set of prayer beads.
✨️ Add unique touches, handmade beads or charms.
✨️ Discover the history, use and meaning of prayer beads.
✨️ Sit out in nature under the gum trees as we chant a healing mantra to cleanse and activate each chakra.
✨️ Understand the words and use the vibration that mantra creates to drop into a no-mind state of calmness and peace.
We explore both Buddhist and Hindu mantras as well as a chakra harmonising mantra.
✨️ Use mantra as an energetic tool for clearing emotional traumas and unprocessed energy.
✨️ Finish the day in the sound healing temple as Cass uses the crystal bowls, drums, tuning forks and gongs to take you into a deep sound healing meditation.
