How does your Monster move?Monsters can embody qualities that exist outside of the range of regular human bodies.
This workshop will be a chance to explore how you move when you loosen the binds of human identity, feeling into your feathers, the branches growing from your head, the wire in your bones or the beetles in your bloodstream.
The workshop will be run by:
Juliette Griffin, who brings a wealth of movement knowledge and practice around finding true expression through our own body wisdom,
and,
Daniel Havey, Dancing Monsters Parade organiser and originator of the Dancing Monsters community project.
? This workshop is leading into the Dancing Monsters Community Parade, held in Port Adelaide on March 17th.
? Bring whatever Monster/Masking you want to work with, some materials will be available if you haven't started making one.
