What You Will Learn:
Working with All Bodies: Gain confidence in guiding students with diverse body types, including large bodies, aging bodies, and those with injuries. Learn how to modify poses and sequences to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Variations on Common Postures: Explore creative and accessible variations of foundational yoga poses. Discover how to offer adjustments and alternatives that honor each studentโ€™s range of motion, strength, and flexibility.
Accessible and Creative Sun Salutations: Learn how to adapt sun salutations to be inclusive of all practitioners, whether they are seated, standing, or using props. Create sequences that maintain the integrity of the practice while ensuring accessibility.

Saturday, December 7 and Sunday, December 8: 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM (In-Person or on Zoom)
Post-Training Follow-Up on Zoom: Monday, December 16, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
