Working with young people is exciting, meaningful, and sometimes a little tricky. No matter if you’re just starting out or have years of experience, this training will give you practical tools and fresh ideas to strengthen your connections and help youth thrive.

This training is open to anyone in WNC who works with youth—teachers, advisors, mentors, coaches, faith leaders, service providers, etc.

Topics include:

• Adult Attitudes towards young people
• Keys to creating connections that count
• Benefits of youth-led programming
• Empowering youth to lead impactfully
