About this Event
Dr. Rachel Wagner is an Associate Professor of Higher Education and Student Affairs at Clemson University. Increasingly polarizing sociopolitical environments demand educators have dialogic skills to span ideological divides and encourage collective meaning-making. This workshop will provide an overview of dialogue and offer participants an opportunity to hone skills in surfacing assumptions, engaging in non-violent communication, and prioritizing inquiry over advocacy.
