About this Event
Laura's award-winning graphic novel 'Making the Shrine' is a social history of the Shrine of Remembrance. In this talk she explains how she turned to Trove, the home of Australia's cultural collections, for painstaking historical research but also for the classic jokes, old fashions, and quirky details which brought her telling of the Shrine's story to glorious life.
