This 2-hour workshop, led by , director of , will include a working lunch, during which we will turn your board meetings into opportunities to evaluate strategic progress, elicit constructive insights, and eliminate wasteful effort.
David has over 15 years of experience on boards of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations and many more years of experience developing board prep materials for large public companies such as Honeywell, Prudential, and GE. As part of your participation workshop, you will have the opportunity to schedule follow-up meetings with The Grove to review your progress and get answers to your questions.
