We are making hosomaki (narrow rolled with nori seaweed sheet), nigiri (oblong rice balls with topping and temaki zushi (DIY type of sushi with nori seaweed sheet)
Ingredients you need for 4 people
For sushi rice
Rice 500ml (1 pint.)
Water
Rice vinegar 70ml.
Sugar
Salt
For filling and topping ingredients
(These are only suggestions. Please feel free to use any other ingredients.)
Fresh salmon 150g.
Fresh tuna 150g.
Cooked king prawn 4-6
Cucumber ¼
For omelette
Egg 3
Powered fish stock ½ teaspoon
Nori seaweed about 10 sheets
Wasabi (Japanese horse radish)
Gari (Japanese pickled ginger)
Soy sauce
