About this Event

We are teaming up with the American Cancer Society to fight breast cancer & bring you a full-body, balanced workout.

Join us on Saturday, October 16th at 9am at The Parks at Walter Reed (1010 Butternut St NW) for a full hour of strength-conditioning, cardio and mindfulness.

Tickets for this class start at $30 and 100% of the proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society. Your support of the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer movement helps the American Cancer Society fight breast cancer and help those experiencing the disease.

For class on October 16th, all you need to bring is a yoga mat and water bottle! We will be in touch with reminders and any new details (including a rain date if needed) as we get closer to the event.

*All activity will be in accordance with public safety guidelines. Guests are asked to place their yoga mat 6 feet away from others, on all sides.

Beating breast cancer takes more than breakthrough research. It takes things like our 24/7 cancer helpline and free rides to chemo. By supporting the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer movement in your community, you can help the American Cancer Society fight breast cancer and help those experiencing the disease.

To learn more about us or to get help, visit cancer.org/fightbreastcancer or call our live 24/7 helpline 1-800-227-2345.
