Join us Saturday evening, November 16, 2024 at Miners Hall Museum, Franklin, Kansas and become a Master of Mixology.
You will be able to select from 2 classes at 5 pm or 7 pm. Tickets are $25 per person. You will learn to make signature cocktails and will be given a sample of the drink along with a sample of the perfect snack to serve with each drink at several different stations. Everything will be new again this year. No repeated recipes. As you leave you will receive all the recipes for drinks and other goodies. This event requires a lot of standing and walking. It will certainly put you in the mood for holiday entertaining.
Who will be this year's "Favorite Celebrity Bartender"? Early voting has begun. This is such a great event! Choosing a "Favorite Bartender" is going to be tough this year! We have a great group.
Our Celebrity Bartenders are prepared to create the most delicious pairing of food and drinks for our guests at "Making Spirits Bright".

*Buddy Gorentz, Award Winning Craftsman and former Finishing Touch Framing Technician & Interior Designer
*Devin Gorman, Community Foundation of SE Kansas Executive Director
*Mark Johnson, PSU Professor at College of Technology
*Dave Looby, Explore Crawford County Director of Tourism
*Thom Watts, Zimmer Marketing Program Director and Radio Personality
We thank the celebrities for agreeing to assist with this event and share their amazing personalities. It's a fun event for everyone who participates. You won't want to miss it.
Cheer on your favorite celebrity bartender while supporting the museum and vote for the prestigious award of being named "Favorite Bartender". Each vote is $1. If you are unable to attend the event but want to cheer on your favorite celebrity you can vote by phone (credit card) or by visiting the museum to drop in your dollars. As they say "Vote early and vote often!"
You may call the museum at 620-347-4220 to purchase tickets via credit card or stop by the museum. The last two years this was a “sold out” event.
DO NOT purchase tickets from anyone offering them for sale as there are no physical tickets and they can only be purchased through the museum. j
