This introductory class is for individuals interested in starting a sourdough “Mother” a “Start” The class will focus on how to begin a start and how to feed it and develop it into a healthy “Mother”There will be an introductory..instructor led conversation, then hands on interactive building the seed starter by the class
Each student will make and take home their seed starter with information to keep it healthy and strong.
The subsequent classes the students will bring their seed starter that has been prepared for baking to class and use that to take the next class.
The class is interactive with hands on learning. Each student will create a start and take material home to keep track of their starter. This class prerequisite to the series.
All material needed is provided by Bread&Table. Hope to see you there!
