Let's come together to discuss how we can actually make social change happen in Brighton and Hove.
About this Event

Making social change happen, with Class Divide

On Monday, the 22nd of January 2024, the city’s leaders cast a historic vote, one that promised to reshape the educational landscape for our children, a first step in realising equitable education in the city of Brighton and Hove.

But how did we get here? What did Class Divide do to get to this point in time?

Join us at the Neolithic Cannibals exhibition, to hear from Class Divide, the grassroots education campaigners working to make the school system equitable for children in low-income families and communities in Brighton and Hove and beyond.

At this event Class Divide will be sharing

  • How to understand the problem you want to change
  • How to use storytelling to spread your message
  • Ways to get support for your cause
  • Why relationships matter in the change process
  • Blockers and enablers to change
