This 6 - week program is designed for anybody who desires the freedom that comes with living in positive self-worth and secure attachment. The classes focus on developing an understanding of the “lies” an individual believes about themselves. Such as “I am not good enough”, “I am not smart enough”, or “I have no patience” and how to replace these lies with truth. Once a participant is released from the beliefs associated with the lies, the classes focus on rebuilding a new life based on positive self-worth as well as how to maintain these gains.
Cost: Free. A donation of $10 per class to TruLight127 would be greatly appreciated, but not a requirement. Contributions help to cover the cost of materials. TruLight127 is a 501c3
