About this Event
Reserve your seat for the art of making fresh pasta dough from flour to shaping to penne. In this cooking session we’re bringing Italy to Jamaica prepareing Penne Rasta Pasta. This class is hosted by Blackbox Kitchen and The Hallway Tap & Brew. Chef Taciana will guide you through the hands on detailed experience of making penne pasta, and the steps to the ultimate Rasta Sauce. Pasta is a workout with a delicious payoff! To ready your appetite the the session will begin with a Welcome Pour/Beverage and Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze & Sundried Tomatoe Tapenade & Bread.
