Making Music With Friends - Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 4pm
How do instruments "talk" to one another? How can we express our personal stories through music? Come hear how this group of friends who make music together communicate without using their words but instead by using their instruments.
Community Concerts for Kids is a series created with our youngest audience members in mind. All concerts are interactive, 60 minutes in length, and are FREE to all who attend. All ages are welcome!
At the concert you will meet -
Teaching Artist Hosts: Barbara Podgurski and Katie Kresek
Guest Artists: Daniel Constant (violin), Colin Pip Dixon (violin), Katie Kresek (violin), Arnaud Ghillebaert (viola), Jessica Constant (cello)
At 7:30 pm there will be a full length concert with paid admission. Anyone who attends the kiddie show and brings proof of attendance will receive 50% off the concert ticket price for the evening show (2 tickets per person will be honored at this discount).
We request that you "purchase" your free ticket through eventbrite to hold your reservation. Please consider making a donation at checkout on Eventbrite or at the door when attending the concert. Your donations help keep these concerts free for the community.
