Making Matrix Your Own

This advanced course will teach you to customize Matrix to meet your business needs. Organize the Dashboard to maximize effectiveness, create custom Displays and Exports, set search, map, and display defaults to maximize efficiency. This course will explore customization options throughout Matrix. Upon completion students will be able to take full advantage of the customization options streamlining the system to meet their business needs. Students will be able to interpret and customize the Market Watch and Hotsheet widgets, export results with system defaults, export results according to defined criteria, set system defaults, create custom displays and create custom reports.

This two hour course consists of 1 hour of instruction and then 1 optional workshop hour to apply the customization options to your own accounts.
