Chinese restaurants in America serve food that can vary wildly from that which you would find in China. In this hands-on cooking classes, we'll show you the bridge between old-world Chinese cuisine and modern Chinese American fare by making legendary egg rolls. Although traditional egg rolls require deep frying, we’ll also discuss using an air fryer, Dutch oven, or even a large pot as an alternative.Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
