The IDD Council is proud to partner with Fort Worth ISD to host “MAKING CONNECTIONS” CENTRAL TARRANT - COMMUNITY RESOURCES FOR ALL AGES.Making Connections presents a meaningful opportunity for families and individuals seeking support, to connect to organizations providing resources and services. While we continue to prioritize outreach to organizations serving the disability community, we’re excited to expand our focus this year to include a broader range of community support organizations, especially those working with low-income households and individuals experiencing homelessness. This inclusive approach allows us to better serve the diverse needs of our community and foster stronger connections across support networks.
Attend Breakout Sessions and visit with organizations providing services for:
Medicaid Waivers, Social Security, Guardianship/Supported Decision-Making, Behavioral Health, Transition & Employment Services, Homelessness, College Programs, Assistive & Adaptive Technology, Special Needs Trusts / Wills, Assisted Living / Housing, Financial Planning, Recreation & Leisure, Therapy & Camp Providers, Respite/Day Habilitation, and more!
