Ready to learn how to make your own delicious buttercream? Want to learn how to turn it into different flavors and consistencies? Then this is the class for you!In this 2-hour class, students will each step up to their own set of ingredients and mix their own batches of icing. We will discuss recipes, troubleshooting issues, ingredients, variations and more. To continue learning, you may want to look for Beginner Cake Decorating, Intermediate Cake Decorating, Basic Fondant Decorating and Stacking and Tiering Cakes.
Students will take home their completed batches of icing; all tools and supplies are provided for use in class and a 20% student discount is offered for any supplies wanted to continue decorating at home.

This class is best for those 16+. Younger students may attend class accompanied by an adult - BOTH THE CHILD AND ADULT MUST REGISTER. Each class is packed with tips and tricks to help you achieve decorating success at home! All supplies are provided; Edible items created in class are sent home with students. Advanced online registration is required. Classes are nonrefundable and no-shows will not be transferred to another class. Tickets are not transferrable to another date. If you cannot attend a class for any reason, you may send someone in your place. Class size is limited; Only ticket holders may be in the classroom. This means EVERYONE IN THE CLASSROOM MUST HAVE PURCHASED A TICKET.
