During this two and a half hour workshop, Aurélie will demonstrate the technique for making this traditional dessert. A galette des rois is generally made with two puff pastries and filled with almond cream. It is eaten in France during the month of January and celebrates Epiphany. Each participant will get hands-on experience making their own small galette to bring home and bake.
