Danielle Gentry-Barth l
Vice President, Development & Marketing, Easterseals

Danielle Gentry-Barth joined Easterseals serving Greater Cincinnati in February 2016 as vice president, development and marketing. Easterseals empowers veterans, people with disabilities and disadvantages to connect to employment and live fully. Danielle is responsible for the vision and strategy of all fundraising, marketing and volunteer operations. Having spent her entire career in non-profit leadership, Danielle couldn’t imagine doing anything else. She has worked in the full spectrum of not-for-profit fundraising and marketing, and has earned a reputation for strategically aligning these with organizational vision and mission.

Danielle has been a Certified Fund Raising Professional since 2008. She has been active in and has benefited from a number of professional associations, including the Association of Fundraising Professionals where she served as Greater Cincinnati Chapter President in 2012 and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Cincinnati Affiliate where she served as Affiliate Chair from 2011-2020. She was recognized as a “Great Leaders Under 40,” Class of 2015.

A proud Bearcat, Danielle holds a B.A. in History and Political Science and a M.A. in History and a Graduate Certificate in Museum Studies from the University of Cincinnati. Her original plans of becoming a historian led her to a wonderful career of serving others, just proving that you never know what life will deliver.

Danielle lives in Wyoming with her husband. They have three amazing daughters- ages 23, 16, and 13. Each of them are definitely cooler than she will ever be!

Jennifer McKettrick l
Community Director, ProKids

Jennifer McKettrick joined ProKids 30 years ago, devoting her career to ensuring abused and neglected children in Hamilton County find safe, permanent and nurturing homes. For 40 years, ProKids has inspired the Greater Cincinnati community to invest in the promise of these kids, mobilizing donors and volunteers to break the vicious cycle of child abuse and neglect.

As a guardian ad litem, and later a volunteer manager, Jennifer served these children directly, and working with Court Appointed Special Advocates, or CASA Volunteers, she spoke up for kids in court, advocating for their best interest and guiding them to safe environments.

Jennifer also helped develop the child-centered Outcome Measures that ProKids now uses to track the effectiveness of its advocacy, allowing the agency to confidently say it ended abuse and neglect for 99% of children served in 2020 — a result it has maintained for over 20 years.

When Jennifer transitioned to work as an agency director in 2005, she remained a fierce advocate. Today, she leads fundraising and volunteer recruitment efforts as the ProKids Community Director. But her impact extends past ProKids. As a member of the Ohio CASA State Board of Trustees, she helped to develop program standards that would later become a model for more than 1,000 agencies across the country.

Jennifer lives in Mason, Ohio, and is the proud mom of three beautiful children and two grandbabies. She enjoys entertaining and is known for event planning — skills that come in handy in her line of work.
