Part 3 of 'Who Makes History?' - a public event series brought to you by Oxford University's new Community History Hub.
About this Event

All are welcome to participate in a public event series being launched by the Oxford History Faculty’s new Community History Hub.

We will be discussing new directions in the field of History, being pioneered by community historians and academics working in partnership. The three events will take place across Oxford, as well as later being available to view online. They are free to attend, you simply need to book your place in advance via Eventbrite.

Our third and final event, Making a Difference: Community History and Social Change features academics and policy-makers in conversation about how community-engaged research can be harnessed as a force for good, helping to tackle inequalities and socio-political issues in local communities.

We invite anyone interested in historical studies and social/political change to join us for a rich, engaging discussion. We also welcome you to get involved with our Hub’s growing network of History researchers and students by subscribing to our mailing list.
