Femmesubstantiation artist, Jonathan Izzard will give you a hands-on lesson creating small zines like those he has had on display in the exhibition! By the end of the Maker’s Date you will walk away with your own art activist tool for change.
You’ll learn:
– his approach
– how he puts together a narrative
– some of the practical considerations to making these small pieces
– how these can be intentionally radical change agents making you an art activist

• Classes are pay-what-you-will. All monetary proceeds will go directly towards supporting The Womxn Project Education Fund’s A|RT Lab programming to make all of it free.
