About this Event

Learn to laser cut and make a mini engraved sign in this intro Makerspace Class. Patrons will learn the basics of using the laser cutting machine. This training class will set patrons up to use the laser cutter during any Open Lab at the library! Open to adults and teens ages 13+ and up. Registration is required.

Patrons MUST have a Garland Public Library card in good standing to attend this program. If you do not currently have a library card, you can sign up for one at no cost either before the program or immediately after. A library card is required to receive training certification, which is linked to your card and necessary for future access to the makerspace equipment.
