On April 27 10am-3pm St. George’s United Church is making it easy for Comox Valley folks to get the perfect gifts for Mother’s Day including professional photos.
Crystal Clear Photography is shooting professional photos for families and individuals by appointment and there will be a Makers’ Mart-Artisan Fair featuring crafts and homemade goodies for sale. A portion of the portrait fees and the exhibitor table fees will benefit St. George’s United Church which donated more than $40000 to area non-profits in 2023.
To schedule a sitting time for photos go to https://calendly.com/stgeorgeschurch/30min?month=2024-04. The cost for one pose is $35; two are $60; three are $80. The maximum group size is 6 (not including infants/small kids).
Once the sitting time is confirmed payments can be made by e-transfer at [email protected] or dropped off at the church. (Please note your etransfer is for “photos”).
After photos are taken Crystal Clear will edit and email a high-resolution digital file that can be downloaded and sent to a photography lab in time for printing before Mother’s Day.
Carolyn Touhey co-chair of the St. George’s United Church fundraising committee said “In addition to family photos for great Mother’s Day gifts this is a perfect opportunity for individuals to get a great deal for a professional headshot for their marketing.”
The Makers’ Mart- Artisan Fair is a chance to get homemade/handmade gifts. There will be more than 20 exhibitors. Admission is free (but a donation is appreciated).
