Our monthly makers market, Makers at the Museum, returns Sept. 21 to the front lawn of the Hershey History Center, 40 Northeast Drive, Hershey. Admission and parking are free.We'll have a free "paint-a-pot, pot a plant" activity from our pal DePlantis, a Harrisburg plant grower.
We'll also celebrate the return of hockey season. The Hershey Cubs junior hockey team will bring its mascot, Cubby, and the organizers of the Hershey Game-Worn Jersey Expo (Nov. 15 at the Holiday Inn in Grantville) will display some of their treasured collection of Hershey Bears jerseys. The history center's museum, which includes a Bears exhibit, will be open.
