Makendy Jacob will hold his first concert for free on Saturday May 13 at 5pm at 406 E Amelia St, Orlando, FL 32803, Broadway United Methodist Church. With his beautiful, shining, shimmering, and powerful lyric baritone voice, Makendy Jacob will perform opera arias by Charles Gounod, Vincenzo Bellini, Erich Wolfgang Korngold, and art songs by French composer Henri Duparc. This talented artist competed and won the Male Artist Division FCCAA vocal competition in their Annual Student Artist Competition Music Symposium, the Central Florida, South Florida, and the Southeastern Regional Chapter of National Association of Teachers in Singing (NATS) on several occasions. In 2018, Mr. Jacob composed and published International Songs of Worship and Praise: #AllelouiaInEveryLanguage, a collection of praise and worship songbook in French, Haitian-Creole, Spanish, and English to raise money for less fortunate children in Haiti and beyond.
