Join us for a practical, beginner-friendly woodworking workshop where you’ll design and make your own end-grain wooden chopping board from scratch.
End-grain boards are highly regarded for their durability, knife-friendly surface, and striking patterns. In this hands-on session, you’ll learn the full process of creating one using professional tools and techniques - no previous woodworking experience required.

What you’ll do
- Learn what end-grain boards are and why they’re so popular
- Select and arrange hardwood blocks to create a unique pattern
- Glue, clamp, plane, sand, and finish your board
- Apply a food-safe finish and learn how to care for your board at home
You’ll be guided step-by-step throughout the session, with plenty of hands-on support and time for questions.
