Description Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on social cooking class, you'll learn all the skills needed to make sushi rolls at home, including how to prepare sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty neta (ingredients) to enhance your dining experience. You'll learn to make two sushi uramaki rolls (rice on the outside, seaweed on the inside): California & Spicy Tuna. š Parking:Ā Fareground visitors can enjoy 90 minutes of complimentary parking exclusively at the One Eleven Garage at 101-149 Brazos St at the following times: Weekdays from 6:00pm* and Weekends. *Entry ticket at the One Eleven Garage on weekdays must be pulled at 6:00PM or after. After 90 minutes, $10 flat rate applies only if guests exit by 11:59PM, otherwise non-promotional normal parking rates applies. FAQ The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking group. Groups of 2 may be asked to share cooking stations with another group of two guests. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not permitted. 21+ please. Visitors need only save the QR code found on their Fareground receipt to scan at the garageās pay terminal to activate the promotional discount. Terms and Conditions Classes are for adults 21+.
