Make Your Own Smoke Bundle at the Farmers Market!

In this workshop we'll discuss uses of smoke medicine, why to consider not using white sage, connecting with ancestral plants, and the medicines of rosemary & mexican marigold. Everyone will create their own rosemary and mexican marigold smoke bundles to take home. (There will be enough materials for folks to make several bundles).

Come early or stay later to enjoy the El Sobrante Farmers Market that is open from 10 am - 2 pm every Sunday. Sol Root is a vendor at this market about twice a month, where we sell herbal teas, balms, oils, and more.
