Learn to make fresh egg pasta by hand. We will work with a pasta roller to make two long noodle shapes and classic ricotta-filled ravioli. We will also prepare two delicious sauces to accompany the pasta – a classic marinara and a creamy alfredo. (***Children 10 years of age and older may attend this class with a supervising adult***)
