What You'll Do

Begin the evening with a complimentary glass of Prosecco, then roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pasta-making workshop. Learn to craft fresh cavatelli from scratch, mixing and kneading dough before shaping the pasta by hand into its signature ridged form using traditional Southern Italian techniques.

After the Workshop
