What You'll Do
Sip a complimentary glass of Prosecco as you mix fresh dough, roll and cut traditional tagliatelle by hand, and discover the techniques behind creating a rich, slow-simmered Bolognese sauce. Enjoy learning in a relaxed, welcoming setting with personalized instruction and plenty of culinary insight.
After the Workshop
