In our busy lives, it's often hard to find time for yourself. In yin yoga, we hold passive poses for time, allowing mind and body to relax.
About this Event

Join us for an All Levels Yin Yoga class on Saturday March 23rd at 12PM CST.

Opposite to our stressful, busy lives, and active gym workouts and vinyasa yoga , yin yoga is a grounding practice. In this class, we will hold passive poses while remaining seated or laying down. Because gravity helps support the body, poses can be held longer- resulting in a deeper stretch into the connective tissues, allowing mind and body to relax.

Modifications are encouraged.

Take time for you and make it your own.

What you look like in the pose does not matter, as long as you are breathing and being safe in your body, you are practicing yoga.
