At La Cucina Segreta by Olio&Olive, we don’t start with fancy techniques — we start with real Italian ingredients and the knowledge to choose them correctly.
In this intimate, hands-on class led by an Italian importer and food professional, you’ll learn how Italians actually select flour, understand dough, and prepare fresh pasta at home — then make your own tagliatelle and fettuccine from scratch to take home.
With only 6 guests per class, this is a relaxed, personal experience designed to feel like cooking around a kitchen island in an Italian home — educational, fun, and unforgettable.
About the Experience
This is not just a traditional cooking class.
It’s an ingredient-first masterclass where you’ll learn:
- Why the flour you use matters more than the recipe
- How Italians judge pasta dough by touch and texture
- What makes real fresh pasta different from store-bought
- How to replicate authentic results at home
Then you’ll put everything into practice by preparing fresh egg pasta by hand.
While the dough rests, you’ll enjoy a small Italian antipasto selection and continue learning about the ingredients you’re working with.

Cancellation Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made at least 4 days before the class date will receive a credit that can be used for any future La Cucina Segreta class.
No refunds are offered.
You are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend.
In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule a class, you will receive the option of a full credit or refund.
