Event Name: Make N Music Presents: Guitar Battle 2025
Date & Time: Sunday September 14th, 12:00-4:00
Location: Register for the event at Make ‘N’ Music (MNM) Frederick, performances held at Monocacy Brewing Company
Participants will have 2 minutes to perform. The first minute can consist of playing a section of a song of choice with or without a backing track.
Second minute will consist of a free jam where performers will demonstrate their individual knowledge and skill set of the guitar. Participants perform without any music and can play freely. An Amp and PA will be provided.
Schedule / Agenda:
12:00 AM – Ages 10 & Under
Performances: 2 minutes each (10 CONTESTANTS)
Judging & results: 10 minutes
1:00 PM – Ages 11–15
Performances: 2 minutes each (10 CONTESTANTS)
Judging & results: 10 minutes
2:00 PM – Ages 16–20
Performances: 2 minutes each (10 CONTESTANTS)
Judging & results: 10 minutes
3:00 PM – Ages 21 & Over (Adult Division)
Performances: 2 minutes each (10 CONTESTANTS)
Judging & results: 10 minutes
Food & Drink: There will be food and drinks available for purchase at Monocacy Brewing Company
Equipment Supplied: MNM Supplies all PA, guitar amps
