Make Music Muskogee will host a sidewalk parade on the north side of Broadway starting from Main Street and going to at least Arvest Bank, then cross Broadway and return down the south side—we might add an additional block on each side. Free percussion instruments will be given to use, and participants can also can bring their own instruments—guitars, ukuleles, other stringed instruments, and even brass and woodwind instruments—and we will play some holiday songs as we walk (4-5 standards to be announced). You can bring your voice as your instrument as well!
We will be ending the evening by gathering at a downtown location to be determined for hot chocolate, coffee, sweet treats, and fellowship. Main Street Muskogee is planning to be part of the festivities as well!
