Make. Move. Connect.A 6-Week Creative & Social Program for Neurodivergent Teens
Make. Move. Connect. is a small-group, specialist program for neurodivergent teenagers (including ADHD and autistic teens) who want to build confidence, communication skills, and social connection — without pressure.
Across six weeks, teens will explore:
* creative art (textas, stencils, spray paint)
* hands-on leathercraft
* movement and circus-based activities
* emotional awareness and communication through doing
This is not therapy and not a drop-in activity.
It is a structured, intentional program led by an experienced facilitator, designed for teens who don’t thrive in traditional social skills groups.
