This is a 6-week workshop designed to help you make more art and reconnect with your creativity so you feel calmer, more lighthearted, and more confident. Together, we'll gently explore and rewrite the fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs, that block your creative flow - like perfectionism, time pressure, financial fears, or questioning the value of your art. You'll be guided to reimagine your present and future by tuning into what feels most supportive for your body, mind, and spirit, while following the spark of your curiosity. Through playful prompts, reflection, and creative action, you'll take small yet powerful steps toward building a life that includes more joy, freedom, and creative expression. this is a space for artists, writers, makers, and dreamers ready to trust themselves and begin or deepen their art practice.Please bring a journal/notebook and writing tool of your choice!
