Now you can make some for yourself!Join us for a hands-on baking workshop inspired by the delicious treats served at our museum’s very own Café. We’ll explore Libya’s celebrated produce, especially its internationally acclaimed honey, which has won prestigious awards in London, Paris, and Cairo.
The workshop also shares the story of Effraim Nahum, who journeyed from Libya to Manchester in 1876. His legacy helped inspire the flavors behind these cookies.
