Goal setting, Vision boards and manifesting
March is the perfect time to set goals as we awaken from wintering and step into Spring…..
A fun and creative day where we will look at:
🗝️SMART goals
🗝️Manifesting,
🗝️Law of attraction,
🗝️Reiki to help let go of the old and make space for the new
🗝️Shamanic practice and medicine wheel, plus many other beliefs and cultural systems - including a fire ceremony.
🗝️We will also be creating a vision board - materials (canvas, stickers, craft "stuff" etc) will be supplied but I suggest you bring along any specific pictures/images you may want.
For those who have attended before, I always add new information to keep it fresh...
