Please note: These workshops are aimed at local adults living in North Edinburgh (Muirhouse, Pilton, Drylaw, Granton)
About the event:
Hear from local entrepreneurs and creatives about their journey to grow their business, join in creative workshops and meet other local people developing their own business ideas. There will also be live music from Tinderbox Collective; and food from The Platter.
Joining us for the event, delivering inspiring talks, creative workshops and 1:1 support and advice will be:

The Business in Bloom event is a great place to:
- Meet people and make new connections
- Access expert advice, support and guidance in a relaxed, non-judgemental setting
- Connect with a range of local arts, community support, enterprise and skills development services
- Share skills, ideas and experiences
- Take time out to focus on your creativity and work towards your goals
Who can join?:
- Do you have a creative ‘hobby’ but have never thought of it as a way to earn some £ or as setting it up as a business?
- Are you at the very early stages of starting a new business (including being self-employed or a sole trader) and keen to learn more, share your skills or get some advice or support on next steps?
- Or maybe you are an established business owner, sole trader or self-employed person looking to share your skills and knowledge with others in your community?
At Business in Bloom, everyone is welcome, no matter what stage you are at on your enterprise journey. We believe everyone has something important to contribute, and by working together we can make a positive difference – Small Steps, Big Impact!
Support available to attend the event:
Travel? We can help to cover the cost of travel to/from the event. Please indicate on your booking form if this would help you to attend.
Childcare? Babes in arms and under 5's welcome and must be accompanied by an adult. Play provision is also available for older children. If you will be bringing children along please let us know during your booking.

The event is FREE but places are limited so advance registration is required to attend.
