MAKE IT BURN technique, choreo & endurance for a slow burn performance - 1 hr. 30 min.
Class will start with an introduction to set goals & intentions followed by a carefully
crafted warm up that emphasizes a dancer's core & balance to withstand the technique
and endurance needed to support slow movement. We will practice movement &
musicality building up to bump & grind choreo to help unleash the sizzle within. This
class is for intermediate dancers. Performance shoes are required. Bring knee
pad/support if needed along with water/hydration
