About this Event
Join Us for the Make, Bake & Create Program at Hope Endoors!
We are excited to offer our Make, Bake & Create evening program—a unique six-week journey designed to empower neurodiverse participants (ages 9 to 21) through creativity, skill-building, and fun!
What’s Included:
Participants will choose from three engaging activities, all co-led by neurodiverse young adults, where they can expect hands-on learning in a supportive environment:
- BAKE: Learn to bake a variety of delicious sweet and savoury treats! From measuring and mixing to following recipes, participants will gain confidence in the kitchen while creating healthy and tasty snacks to share.
- MAKE: LEGO lovers will love this! Build and solve challenges with LEGO blocks while working together in a team. This activity fosters creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration. It’s more than just playtime—it’s about teamwork and skill-building!
- CREATE: Design and personalize items like T-shirts, cards, and more using Cricut technology! Express creativity through hands-on design skills and turn your ideas into reality.
What to Expect:
Each session runs for 1.5 hours from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM and will include both instruction and hands-on activities. Whether your child chooses baking, LEGO, or Cricut crafting, they’ll be learning new skills while making new friends in a welcoming and inclusive setting.
With experienced leaders guiding them every step of the way, participants will develop both social and practical skills that they can take with them into everyday life. Plus, all activities are designed to be fun, engaging, and interactive!
Why You Should Attend:
